We’re looking for someone with knowledge and experience of successfully delivering outstanding results with indirect sales channels within the SaaS industry. Our UK Partner network has been a fundamental part of our UK growth and success to date. To ensure this continues to grow, we’re now looking to expand the team to take this to the next level.

As a Partner Manager, you will be responsible for creating independent, skilled and confident partners, including Accountancy Practices, Bookkeepers, Systems Integrators & Business Coaches and Trade Associations, to generate new business opportunities. The position will involve engaging with Partners to position our products and services, conduct training and education, and Partner growth development.

This role will be responsible for Partners located in the South of England so the candidate can be based anywhere in the South.

What you will be doing:
- Identifying, qualifying & recruiting new Partners
- Delivering consultative & engaging orientations to Partners
- Conducting training and business development workshops with Partners to help them understand the product portfolio and develop complementary value-added solutions
- Generating new business opportunities through proactive engagement with Partners
- Presenting to groups in classrooms or webinars
- Attending relevant Industry and Partner events & Trade Shows
- Supporting Partners with marketing, sales & training

You’ll have the following skills & experience:
- You’ll have an interest in accountancy, accounting software & add-ons through working either within an accounting practice or as a part of a SaaS implementation consultancy team.
- Knowledge of working with Xero, Sage & QBO, or any other cloud-based software, would be advantageous.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential in order to support and influence Partners alongside excellent presentation skills.
- Experience of SaaS/Cloud-based software implementations would be highly beneficial but not essential
- An interest in emerging cloud-based technology and what it can do for clients
- Experience of proactively working with Partners to deliver change
Loads of initiative and the ability to work autonomously
- A proven track record of building lasting relationships to achieve lead targets
- Experience in Advisory, Customer Success, Sales or equivalent customer relationship roles.

This role will be home-based and travel will be required on a frequent basis for meetings and events. For this reason, the successful candidate must have a reliable car and a clean driver's licence.
