Salary: £15,294 - £15,927 (pro-rata)
Hours: 20 hours per week, flexible shift pattern

This is an exciting opportunity to join their dynamic organisation. They are now seeking a Group Exercise Coordinator for their centres in the Exmouth Area. The ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate great people skills and a flair for promoting swimming benefits to the target segments. This would suit those with a customer service or marketing background looking for a part time, flexible role, with practical knowledge and interest in swimming or health related activity.
The Group Exercise Coordinator will need a clean driving license, have access to a car and live within a reasonable commute of Exmouth.

Job purpose:
To effectively manage the group exercise programmes at Exmouth Leisure Centre, Exmouth Tennis Centre and any other centres for delivery in the Woodbury, Exmouth and Budleigh (WEB) area, taking responsibility for delivering agreed KPI’s and target.
Essential attributes:
- Group exercise instructor qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience delivering group exercise classes
- Leadership and motivational qualities
- Excellent communication skills
- Interest in sport, health and exercise activity development
- Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Highly self motivated & energetic
- Full valid UK driving license & own transport
Desirable attributes:
- REPs Recognised Level 2 fitness qualification
- CIMSPA Membership
- Customer service or sales experience
- Experience of managing or coordinating group exercise programmes
- An understanding of budgets and targets
