You will be working for a growing B2B Health Tech company who is developing a companion robotics solution designed to help with one of our greatest societal challenges, that of caring for our growing older adult population - and is now building its team of core senior staff.
You will be required to set up and maintain the accounting and finance systems, and to build working relationships with outside financial service providers as necessary. You will be a self-starter, with clear ideas on how to apply accounting best practice in all areas.
As well as being responsible for our Xero accounting software, you will be required to prepare full management reports, manage the budget, and support the Board with business plan modelling and forecasting and certain company secretarial functions.
You will be expected to:
Have relevant experience and / or to be qualified.
Be fully conversant with Xero or a similar accounting program and UK accounting procedures.
Have experience of early stage tech growth companies, ideally in a B2B business, in a senior role.
Salary is £40k to £60k per annum pro rata depending on experience. The working days are flexible up to 2 days per week, possibly more to begin with.
A flexible working policy is in place that provides for working from home when required.
