The company is currently enjoying a period of sustained growth and to support the business requirements a position has opened up for a part qualified accountant or an experienced bookkeeper to join an established progressive business.
The Role;
- Manage all aspects of accounts preparation and book-keeping
- Maintaining sales and purchase ledgers
- Reporting to the Managing Director
- Preparing accounts to trial balance
- Reconciling balance sheet and control accounts
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Preparing invoices and credit notes
- Posting bills and receipts
- Credit Control
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Financial statements
- Preparation of annual accounts
- Liaising with external accountants
- Ad hoc duties as required
- Problem solving abilities and willingness to use own initiative to drive improvements in processes

- Sage 50 Cloud Accounting
