This Company is the first and original Indoor Trampoline Park in the UK! Launched on 31st May 2014, this Company offers over 100 interconnected state of the art trampolines in over 20,000 sq ft of entertainment space.

This company consists of differing courts including the Main Arena, Dodgeball Court, Kids Court, Slam Dunk Area, Foam Pit, Airbag Jump, Touch Walls, Gladiator Pits and Tumble Tracks, as well as an arcade and party rooms.
They currently have a trampoline park in Milton Keynes and Peterborough and due to rapid expansion plans, they will be opening their third park in Ipswich in May 2017.

They have an exciting opportunity for a Park Manager to oversee the Ipswich Park.

JOB PURPOSE:
The Park Manager directs and oversees all functions of the trampoline park including:
- Developing and implementing policy, maintaining a safe and functional environment whilst monitoring daily operations.
- Ultimately, the goals of the role are visitor safety and security, team building and leadership, operational efficiency, business development and effective marketing and responsibility for the profitability and exceeding the financial budgets.
- Possession of an entrepreneurial spirit is key in this new operation and champion the development of the ethos and culture of the park.

ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES:
- Demonstrates leadership in a customer centric environment.
- The position holder will have a passion for engaging with the community (children, teens, young to older adults)
- Prior facility management
- Ability to work nights/weekends
- Proven experience of managing a team
- Proven experience of controlling budgets and increasing profitability
- A “whatever it takes” attitude and passion for success
- Computer literate with strong administration skills.

PERSONAL PROFILE:
You should possess excellent people and communication skills. Strong leadership skills are essential combined with the ability to direct others and gain positive results. Flexibility is key, working weekends and varied shift patterns.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle customer service issues with discretion, tact and professionalism
- Team Leadership and daily management of all park team members
- Oversee recruitment, training and employee performance
- Process payroll and maintain HR documentation
- Set marketing /sales and marketing goals/initiatives
- Authorisation of daily takings
- Implement team member rota’s
- Fully conversant with Health & Safety processes and evacuation procedures.
- Monitor stock levels

Salary: Up to £23,000 per annum, pending upon experience
Reporting Line: Area Manager and CEO
Hours of Duty: Flexible: working 5 days a week (40 hours per week) on a shift pattern to include weekends and evenings. Additional hours may be required to meet the needs of the business.
