The position is a multi-disciplinary role with the applicant needing to be able to demonstrate high competencies and experience in phone-based tasks as well as skilled administrative duties.

Responsibilities:
- Receiving a high volume of inbound calls in regard to customers enquiring about the progress of their open case(s).
- Completing an accurate statement of account with customers about their mis-sold case(s).
- Liaising with banks/lenders regarding customers cases via telephone, letter and/or email.
- Replying to customers queries via phone, letter and/or email.

Skills and Experience:
- High level of computer literacy and be able to use multiple systems at any one time.
- Administration experience
- Experience of Microsoft software (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate a strong professional telephone manner with experience of working in a fast-paced environment (desirable, but not essential).
- Customer service experience (desirable, but not essential).

You will be offered a competitive salary with bonuses awarded on team casework completed against business targets. Qualification for this will be based on quality of the work produced with a secondary criterion of quantity.

Total 40-hour week:
9am - 5pm 2 days
9am - 7pm 2 days (overtime paid)
9am – 5pm (Fridays)

Start date will be Tuesday 28th May 2019.

Contract end date will be Friday 30th August 2019.
