Responsibilities
- Perform research on applicable regulations, laws, and case law
- Prepare various reports for Legal Counsel
- Draft formal legal documents, such as contracts, addendums and correspondence to customers/suppliers
- Support with providing various internal training for departments
- Arrange meetings with customers and suppliers and send out relevant documentation in preparation
- Review and edit legal forms and templates for accuracy to ensure compliance with updated laws and regulations
Essential Criteria
- 2+ years’ experience as a Paralegal, preferably in Telecommunications
- Capability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Comfortable working autonomously
- Strong attention to detail
- Sound knowledge of law
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
