This company is looking for a PA to the Artistic Director and Executive Director who will support the executive team by undertaking a range of personal secretarial and administrative support duties.

The PA to the Artistic Director and Executive Director will support the executive team by undertaking a range of personal secretarial and administrative support duties that enables both the post holders to function at maximum effectiveness.

The PA will have an overview of diaries and personal schedules, deal with personal correspondence and meeting set ups, invitations and travel arrangements. They will provide a discreet yet welcoming interface between the outside world and the two post holders.

PA Responsibilities
- To manage the diaries of the Artistic Director and Executive Director
- To deal with incoming correspondence in a timely manner, editing mail, drafting
responses and soliciting input from other theatre staff as required
- To manage invitations and meeting requests for both post holders
- To arrange and book personal business travel, accommodation and prepare
itineraries for the Directors and other SMT when needed
- To process expense claims for the Artistic Director and Executive Director
- To be responsible for and answer the main switchboard, accurate taking and forwarding of messages, including where appropriate dealing with enquiries when the
Executive Director/Artistic Director are unavailable
- To develop and maintain appropriate administrative systems

Essential
- Excellent working knowledge of the MS Outlook / Office Suite including Word, Excel
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- A proven track record of providing administration support at senior management level
- Experience of working under own initiative and as part of a team to identify and
resolve problems
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organisational capabilities
