Job Title: PA to Sales Director/Accounts Assistant
Hours: Monday – Friday 9 am – 5.30 pm but with flexibility to work additional hours if required
Start Date: November 2017
This long established independent vehicle leasing company is looking for a key support person to join their expanding sales team.
The successful applicant will need to be computer literate with knowledge of ACT CRM or similar. You will need good knowledge of social media platforms including Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. You will also need to demonstrate experience of using Sage line 50 accounts.
You will need to be numerate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular excel. Additionally you will have good communication skills both written and verbal.
You will need to show good attention to detail and be able to give references proving that you are both trustworthy and reliable.
