We are looking for a dynamic and professional PA to MD to join our team in our Ipswich office on a permanent basis. Founded in 2016, we pride ourselves on offering a professional service and maintaining personal relationships with our clients as we work together to achieve our business goals.

As the PA to MD you will be an all-rounder who is responsible for providing day-to-day business support to the Managing Director. Diary management, scheduling appointments, client liaison and various office management duties.

Other key duties include:
- Taking phone calls and messages
- Respond to and manage emails and enquiries
- Build relationships with keys clients
- Liaise directly with key clients to obtain required information
- Write letters using Microsoft Word
- Photocopy and print various documents
- Create and maintain filing and other office systems
- Organise travel for staff

Skills and attributes required:
- Highly organised, with previous secretarial/administration and office skills highly desirable
- Previous experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is highly desirable
- Fantastic attention to detail
- Professional and courteous when speaking on the telephone with first-class customer service skills
- Knowledge of QuickBooks / experience in an accountancy organisation is advantageous
- Self-motivated and ability to work on their own initiative
- A team player with a positive attitude

This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. We offer 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and a day for your birthday.
