This fast growing startup looking for a motivated and disciplined person to join their team.
The role will be both office based, and you will also be required to work from home. You may at times be required to travel also.
The role will be split between both a PA, and a customer relations assistant.
PA Role:
To provide a high quality professional Personal Assistant service to Executive Management
Team to support the smooth running of the Company.
- Provide a full range of Personal Assistant services to Executive Management Team including diary management and email management.
- organising and administering meetings, travel arrangements and producing documents and reports.
- Providing an excellent customer interface including telephone and written communications, and social media.
- Undertakes research and project work as required
- Manages ad hoc project/research work as directed by the management team.
- Ordering goods and services, along with handling payment for contractors and
other invoices.
Customer Relations Assistant Role:
- Manage and monitor our active Facebook user group, deleting unproductive comments.
- Respond to any Facebook messages directing customers to where they can get the help they need.
- Run customer surveys to find out how we can help or improve our service.
- Manage the company Facebook page.
- Work closely with Customer Service Manager to ensure support tickets are being
handled efficiently; this would require you to occasionally help with support tickets.
