Not a problem, this ecommerce business and major player in the gifting & personalisation sector, is looking to evolve in the ever-changing environment and they are recruiting for an Overseas Partner Management Executive to work in their London office, to help support their growing business.

Role:
- Initiate new partnerships with Chinese manufactures and international logistics companies.
- Managing existing partnership with Chinese manufacturers. Monitoring the production progress and handling local logistics couriers.
- Be commercially-minded with strong relationship-building and negotiating skills to handle outsourcing in China
- Capture the market trends and prospect new opportunities to expand the product portfolio.
- Work closely with designers, engineers, data, marketing and customer service teams to optimise the website experience from page structure, product presentation to software selection.
- Draw business development calendar and roll out plan.
- Driving incremental value and growth by continually assessing and managing current products.
- Seeking new opportunities in content licensing

Requirements:
- Knowledge of China market and Chinese manufacturing industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to manage internal and external relationship
- Problem solver and be responsive in acting out results
- Understanding of international logistics and international customs policy
- Excellent project management skill, highly organised with good attention to details
- The ability to travel between the UK and China
- Comfortable with frequent business trips within China
- Fluent spoken & written Mandarin and English
- 2+ years’ experience in a procurement related role
