Are you looking to start your career as an outdoor instructor with on-the-job training? This organisation is currently seeking to employ two people on their Outdoor Instructor Apprentice scheme to join their established team at their outdoor training centre in Mortimer, Reading for an immediate start.
The successful applicants will gain experience introducing and facilitating a wide range of outdoor activities at their centre including high and low ropes, woodland laser combat and archery for groups of adults and children under the organisation's separate corporate and leisure brands.
The organisation will support you as you work towards achieving industry-recognised qualifications suitable for working as an outdoor instructor.
Duties will include:
- Activity instruction for corporate and leisure customers
- Running customer events
- Equipment and ropes course inspection
- Supporting the Operations Manager
- On-the-job training
- Marketing and administration
