A leading provider of Internet, VoIP & Voice communications services based in Solihull, has an immediate requirement for Order Co-ordinators. This role is based in their Solihull office and reports to the Customer Service Manager, your role is to ensure the smooth coordination of orders from receipt to completion.

You will place orders with suppliers and work with the engineering teams to understand the progress of products & service orders, update internal systems and most importantly keep customers up-to-date on their orders.

Responsibilities:

- Provide order support for the sales team and provisioning engineers.
- Update customer orders on our internal order tracking system.
- Place orders with suppliers such as BT, TTB & Virgin Media.
- Work with provisioning engineers to ensure multi product orders are completed correctly and customers are kept updated.
- Generate purchase requests/orders.
- Contact customers with regular order updates.
- Receive calls from customers.

Requirements:

- Competent in using Microsoft Office & web browsers.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changes.
- Ability to multi-task order processing and call answering.
- Flexibility with working hours to accommodate the business needs.
