The Job
To keep up with their increasing workload, they are looking for an additional Order Administrator to help keep all their plates spinning.

The nature of the business means that you will get involved in supplier management, client management, project management, and even contribute ideas to their business development initiatives.

The key purpose of the role is to co-ordinate and manage the production process to ensure the smooth running of all projects to meet their clients’ delivery deadlines.

Some key tasks will include:
- Liaising with the Account Managers and Design Team in relation to clients’ requirements, helping with product sourcing and mood boards on occasions
- Forwarding approved factory-ready artwork to the suppliers
- Checking pre-production and mass production samples to ensure they match the brief and comply with all regulatory requirements
- Taking photos of samples for use in social media campaigns
- Assisting with shipping/air freighting
- Keeping the project running on time and ensuring that any unavoidable delays are clearly accounted for
- Maintaining strong working relationships with clients and suppliers
- Following up on queries and confirming instructions in a timely manner
- Keeping meticulous records at every stage in the process and preparing weekly reports
- Providing general office administrative support as necessary.

The Person
They operate in a fast-paced, high-energy international environment, and they are constantly juggling priorities and running to keep still. They are therefore looking for a very special person: somebody who can quickly get to grips with what they do, anticipate what is around the corner and stay one step ahead of the game. Somebody who can hit the ground running and make things happen without always waiting to be told.

- To succeed in this role, you will be a highly proactive individual who is comfortable and confident with keeping multiple projects on track and switching quickly from one thing to the next.
- A good team player, you adore planning, organising, and keeping things ship shape. You are calm under pressure, and pay meticulous attention to detail.
- Your strong IT skills, in particular using Excel, are matched by exemplary communication skills, both verbal and written, and an excellent telephone manner.
- A track record of success in a production/manufacturing environment will be a distinct advantage.
