This is a Full time, permanent role which is home based involving UK travel.
This Operations Manager role is for the one of the UK's leading Serviced Accommodation companies. Their investors rely on them to effectively operate and manage their Serviced Accommodation portfolio and deliver profit month on month.
The business is fast paced and fun! They’re growing and need to boost the amazing team with another superstar who will continue to wow their leisure and corporate guests.
You’ll be working alongside the Managing Director to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the business. You will be running your own team and playing a pivotal role in the growth and success of the business.
You’ll work fast and need to be extremely proactive – this will help you to problem solve under pressure. The more ideas and creativity you bring to this role, the better for them and their clients!
You’ll need to have great organisational skills, you’ll thrive on a challenge and be a stellar communicator. If you are passionate about people and processes, apply and show them what you can do.

- Must have a driving license and access to your own car.
