This fast-growing and successful online training company in the holistic health and wellness industry is looking for a talented Operations Manager to join their friendly, supportive and passionate team.

They are seeking a highly organised and strategic operations manager with at least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.

This is a home-based role, so the candidate must be used to working from home, have an office space suitable to work from and be highly organised and self-motivated. Interest or experience in the holistic industry is also highly advantageous.

Role Requirements

- Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for staff utilisation and productivity against agreed KPIs.
- Analysis of operational data to create and present recommendations for strategic and operational changes and improvements.
- Drive the business to increased profits through analysis of process and productivity.
- Weekly reporting to the CEO on business performance metrics and sales KPIs.
- Ensure the smooth running of the business through a solution-focused approach.
- Intelligent planning and management of staff time to deliver the best outcome.
- Management of the administration function ensuring workflows and agreed KPIs are adhered to.
- Conduct employee monthly one to ones and set KPIs for each member of staff.
- Keeping employees motivated and organise any appropriate training.
- Keeping on top of regulatory requirements to ensure the business is protected.
- Identifying resource requirements and assisting with the recruitment of new talent to the business, through application vetting and interviews where required.
- Help to source new cost-effective suppliers and negotiate prices.
- Liaise with and oversee the PA call answering service and make sure up to date training is in place.
- Oversee affiliate accounts with their current provider and manage their affiliate representative.
- Report on the monthly affiliate performance.
- Source and manage freelance content writers, copy editors and course assessors.
- Help with any PA activities when needed.
- Oversee the companies HR when needed.

Key Skills and Experience

- Excellent people management skills and experience of KPI reviews, performance management and human resources with demonstrable success in managing a multi-disciplined team.
- Highly organised, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive and work independently in your home office environment.
- Leadership, collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
- Team player and willing to help with any task thrown at them.
- Proven working experience in an operational or a project management setting delivering tangible outcomes.
