Job Title: Operations Manager
Reports to: Managing Director
The Role:

Job Purpose:
- Developing a deep understanding of existing operational processes and systems and construct strategic plans for improvements whilst maximising ERP potential in line with the company’s goals and objectives
- Mining and manipulating existing and new product and customer data to create strategy and influence the decision-making process
- Understanding financial statements to create strategy and influence the decision-making process
- Rapidly climbing the learning curve related to products, sectors, and customers
- Assisting to create a working environment build on strong ethics that encourages productivity, innovation and staff well-being in line with the company’s culture goals
- Creatively contributing to ongoing efforts to improve and innovate the Company’s product offering
Experience & a bit about you:
A confident, energetic and creative personality that means you are driven by the challenge and enjoy working with people. You understand how to manage large data sets and can use this to form strategy. You possess excellent IT capabilities and understand how to use and develop ERP’s to maximise their impact. An ability to demonstrate success in similar type roles will be advantageous. Project management, people management and evidence of delivering and managing systems and processes to a high standard is beneficial. Providing evidence to demonstrate your role in assisting business growth is favorable.
