The right applicant would be In charge of directing the company's daily activities for the benefit of employees, management, investors and customers. This requires organising and synchronising the activities of various managers and departments and making sure the schedules, meetings and goals of each department work in harmony.
The primary role is to manage and support the above teams (15 people) in achieving the business objectives. Working closely with their International Implementers, Explainers, Financial Controller and the Technical Manager
You would be responsible for
5 Web development staff in Slovakia,
6 Projects & Support Team Staff in the UK
4 Product Creation Staff
Reporting to directly to the CEO and a member of the management team - in the medium term they are looking for this role to progress to become the Operations Director
Daily Tasks Include
- Daily Scrum to Identify & Share Best Practice / Blockers
Identify the ‘Knowledge Base’ resolution or write a KB process if none documented
- Checking and allocating workloads & priorities
- Identifying potential failure to deliver (Actions to resolve)
- Make sure no tickets out of due dates
- Check support tickets not been open too long
- Liaise with accounts re onboarding and problem customers
The right application will have some senior level project management experience, have worked for a web development / software business and be ambitious
