Based in Milton Keynes, this expanding metal fabrication company is currently looking to recruit an Operations Manager for its busy powder coating plant and despatch unit.
An extensive knowledge and experienced background in the Powder Coating industry is essential. Your main duties will include overseeing the day to day running of the paint line and despatch process. Also production and quality control, being responsible for and managing a small team of staff and having a duty of care in relation to Health and Safety matters. Experience in these areas is required.
You will also be required to manage internal sales for the powder coating plant and maintain client relationships.
You will report direct to the Managing Director. Basic starting salary circa £30000 - package to be discussed at interview and will be based on experience in the above areas.
