This company is a wholesale telecommunications provider based in Bristol. They have been around since 1996 and they provide services to many of the UK's ITSPs and telecommunications companies, as well as an increasing number of overseas providers.

They are looking for an individual to join their dedicated support team. You will be their customer’s first point of contact providing the customer service they’ve learnt to expect from this company: authentic, friendly & efficient. You’ll listen to their customers and use your expertise and enthusiasm to answer their questions about their services and resolve any issues they may be experiencing. You’ll also be asked to help out with their number porting process as well as out of hours support. They need someone who is outgoing, detail oriented, and be able to learn quickly whilst managing multiple priorities.

In-house training is provided as well as access to online training certificated courses.

Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be a highly motivated self-starter.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and be able to deliver high-quality work with -little supervision. May be required to travel very occasionally.
