Job Description: Operations co-ordinator:

Working for a ACS pacesetter multi-disciplined security company operating in the West Surrey/North, East Hampshire area the successful candidate will be a progressive innovator, competent man manager and experienced working in the UK security industry.

Hours of work:
This is normal based on 50 hours a week working Monday to Sunday. This is on a rotating basis with other Managers.
Place of work:
1. Office for the purpose of carrying out operational administration.
2. Attending existing and potential sites where necessary.

PURPOSE OF ROLE:

Reporting to the Head of Operations you will be responsible for all operational staff, including time and attendance management, operational documentation and records, and have a full understanding of the functions covered at all sites including: Mobile security services, Static Security, CCTV, and General Business Support.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- On site set up - carryout, security survey, agree assignment instructions that are signed by the client.
- Assign operational employees to site and carryout site induction in line with the assignment Instruction.
- Assign operational employees to Mobile security services.
- Manage mobile services patrol & response activity.

- To conduct regular site visits to ensure that the Task Schedules and Assignment Instructions are updated and maintained in line with company requirements and continue to meet the customers’ requirements. This may require visits outside of normal office hours.

- To roster 3 months ahead and deploy officers according to customer needs in line with Company policy and best use of resources.

- To review Assignment Instructions as per Company requirements. To address additional Health and Safety Issues with relevant Manager.

- To complete site audit check sheets visited at least twice every 30 days.
- Ensure site equipment is correct and fit for purpose.
- Ensure all relief cover receive necessary induction training.
- Ensure each site as a site folder (both on site and in the office) with correct contents.
- Ensure incident reports are completed and forwarded to the client without delay.

Any other reasonable duties as required by the company.
- To produce written reports and documentation in line with company procedures in time and to be sent to the clients no later than 9am the following morning.
- To provide general business support and carry out ad hoc duties as required.
- To identify areas for additional business with existing customers and new business opportunities.
- To participate in a duty managers scheme.

Must have:

- SIA Security guarding licence
- Full UK driving licence
- 5 year checkable work history
- Minimum 2 years related experience.
- IT / computer literate
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Live within computable distance of approximate post code GU12

Salary £24k per annum (Subject to experience). Immediate start after vetting completed.
