This company is a tech hub, a rapid start up facility and the innovation centre of MediaCityUK. Their role is to attract early stage tech businesses and accelerate their growth. Their environment is fast paced and dynamic and we house over 100 tech companies that employ over 500 people. They provide co-working and office space, we have the largest privately owned UX labs outside of London, an Eagle labs rapid prototyping facility as well as a business lounge, 200 seat conference facility, several meeting rooms and screening room cinema.

The team operate the facility & are heavily engaged with the resident companies, supporting them to grow rapidly. They deliver a range of programmes including accelerators and incubators to help drive business growth. This company is also a centre of knowledge, and the venue of many industry meet ups and events.

This is a key role to help the smooth running of the building and events, and to ensure all their tenants, partners and visitors have a great experience here. This role will work closely with their Finance, Business Services and IT teams.
- Oversee the day to day management of all facilities related activities including building excellent relationships with their landlord, service providers, & contractors First point of contact and respond to all building and facilities related issues
- First point of contact and respond to all tenant issues
- Provide general support to all visitors
- To manage any facilities related projects, liaising with relevant individuals to ensure all requirements are understood and completed on time
- Answer & direct phone calls
- Work with their Business Services team to on-board new tenants and partners
- Work with their Business Services team to ensure efficient organisation and delivery of events including their monthly Huddles
- Maintain & replenish office supplies across the building
- Organise and co-ordinate team travel arrangements
- Maintain the condition of the building and arranging for necessary repairs
- Keep up to date with office health and safety requirements and ensure their policies are up to date and adhered to
- Work with their Head of Technical services to support the management of access control and physical building security requirements

Desirable

Salary range 18-22K based on experience
