This is an opportunity to join a holistic Financial Planning business with an enhanced focus on the customer journey and assisting their personal and business clients on future proofing themselves and their dependants
The role is to oversee their existing team of back office staff and also drive conservation of their client base and retention with a drive on innovative ideas to enhance the client proposition
You will report to the Directors of the business and will be charged with the Operations performance of that arm of the business, it is an essential post and they need to find the most dynamic individual for the role
The successful candidate must have relative sales experience in the industry and also a keen eye for detail
They must be able to think outside the box and will be encouraged to bring forward new concepts to enhance the proposition to their new and existing clients
Additional training will be provided at Director level
They are prepared to negotiate for the correct candidate but the base remuneration will begin at 24K per annum and increase exponentially based on various KPi's
The successful candidate should be able to exceed their own expectations within the first 12 months
They are situated a few minutes walk from the Petersfield train station on the mainline to Central London and 1 hour from Waterloo station
