For 20 years' this company has supplied innovative and bespoke lighting solutions in the Retail,
Point of Sale, Refrigeration, Transportation and Commercial sectors. To date, the company has over 60 employees, a stellar client list and a multitude of industry recognised awards and accreditations.

As Operations Administrator your role will be to assist in providing a first-class and pro-active service to both internal and external customers.

A busy and varied role, the right candidate will have proven experience in managing the administration flow of information from order to delivery whilst supporting department managers.

Reporting to: Operations Director

The role:
- Issue SOP daily updates to required departments
- Creating the technical packs
- Support continuity of ISO: 9001 - 14001.
- Manage the allocation and issuing of Works Orders
- Raise delivery notes for all outgoing products
- Minute daily meetings to issue to the business
- Issue test label and conformance certification
- Filing of hard copy and electronic paper work from the operation department
- Provide daily WIP report for the business
- Provide weekly forward order report to Operations Director
- Managing the data within the combined job file
- Conversion of sales orders from CRMINT to Sage

The candidate:
- A professional attitude, excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to process multiple information streams accurately
- Prioritise tasks to achieve demanding deadlines
- Strong numerical ability
- Strong customer ethos with a forward thinking, dynamic and positive attitude
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, specifically excel and experience of Sage (or a similar package)
- Team player
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
