This organisation is looking to recruit an Operations Administrator.

Reporting to the Operations Director, the Operations Administrator will provide effective administrative support by assisting with planning, organisation and co-ordination of the Company’s operations function.

Specific Responsibilities:

- Completion of Operations paperwork and tasks as directed by the Operations Director or Operations Manager
- Ensure all paperwork and invoices is up to date and accurate
- Production of reports
- Updating administrative systems
- Photocopying and scanning
- Timely filing of all Operations paperwork
- Facility and Maintenance Co-ordination including liaison with third party suppliers.
- Tracking of all maintenance jobs, including cleaning and developing the maintenance schedule with internal resources
- Updating and running online store
- Ad hoc duties as and when required

The successful candidate will have:

- Experience of working in a busy office and knowledge of general office practices and procedures
- Knowledge and experience of general IT systems and applications including spreadsheets, word processing and databases
- Ability to multitask and effectively prioritise
- Confidentiality
- Able to problem solve
- Familiar with Microsoft applications
- Effective team working and the ability to work independently using own initiative
- A professional approach which generates credibility and confidence in others
- Ability to cope with pressure and work to tight deadlines

Desirable

- Experience of online stores.
- Additional European Language skill.
