Salary: £18,000 to £20,000 plus sales commission

This Catering Equipment Supplier based in Redditch is looking for an Ecommerce product listing specialist to help develop and grow their online sales. They require a person who has the skill and experience to use various software such as Photoshop and Excel to list products on their website.

An excellent standard of English and presentation is required. The successful candidate will be flexible, willing to work on their own initiative. Full product training will be provided.

The role involves:

- Working alongside their external website designer and developing the company website. Updating and listing products with images and detailed description on the website, along with the latest video links and appropriate content.
- Listing products directly or through alternative listing tools, using detailed description and image. Monitor website performance and analyse web traffic to increase listing impression, click-through rate and sales. Also creating and managing online deals.
- Manage various social media platforms and develop brand awareness in line with agreed brand building strategy.
- Continually review competitors’ websites to monitor product offerings, prices, functionality and design. The person will ensure product information is correct and prices are competitive.
- Marketing: Producing marketing material using various adobe software, eg Photoshop, alongside their current marketing companies they use.
- Create marketing campaigns to meet the agreed schedule; and review the performance of said campaigns and use this information to continually improve the effectiveness of the company’s marketing strategy.

You will be proactive, creative and able to work independently. You will have excellent computer skills and experience with internet based systems, also programs such as Outlook, Excel, Photoshop. You will have knowledge of existing and emerging social media platforms. A strong attention to detail and accuracy is required, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills for producing high quality, accurate and grammatically correct content. You will have a forward thinking and creative mindset to contribute new and innovative ways to improve the websites functionality and design.
