This rapidly expanding global online business is looking for a talented Customer Service Representative who is passionate about creating a great customer experience to join their team.
You will be representing some of the world’s biggest music artists and so will need to bring a friendly personality and positive energy along with the ability to tailor your service to their customer’s needs.
The suitable applicant will have a friendly, professional and natural telephone and written disposition with the ability to effectively handle inbound calls and emails in a timely manner from their customers whilst demonstrating tact, discretion & patience. Good interpersonal and communication skills along with team spirit are essential for this role.
Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Handling enquiries ranging from order status, general product information, technical issues and pricing.
- Dealing with customer refunds, credits and returns requests.
- Handling customer escalations in a professional manner and transferring them to appropriate supervisor or peer.
- Identifying opportunities for site and process improvements and communicating them to supervisor/manager.
- Processing of physical customer returns.
Requirements
- Excellent English oral and written skills.
- Enthusiasm for problem solving.
- Initiative and decisiveness whilst also being able to work with the team.
- Advanced computer skills – internet and email.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- A keen interest in music.
