This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing IT support company based in the vibrant heart of Shoreditch.

The Office Manager is a crucial and versatile role. You will work effectively to co-ordinate, execute & control the administration, finance, legal & compliance and management functions of the business. You will work with the senior management team to support the day to day operations of the business and the supervision of the teams in London and Kiev.

You will report to the General Manager who is based overseas so, we’re looking for someone with clear communication skills, who can take initiative to handle issues with little instruction and who can report efficiently and effectively.

- You will oversee the finance team with ultimate responsibility for P&L, Payroll, Vat returns, management accounts, overseeing credit and cost controls, daily bookkeeping and invoicing.
- Management of the office to ensure a happy, professional and efficient environment
- Non-technical recruitment: including creating adverts and full coordination of the interviewing process
- Handling all compliance for the business including, insurances, HR, accounting requirements, etc
- Be the right-hand person for the General Manager (remote Manager) and provide full support to the Founder

Skills & Experience:
- 12 months experience using Xero or similar. You also know your P&L from your Balance Sheet!
- Clear and confident communication skills, excellent standard of professional written English. You will present company performance updates to a team of 30 and the monthly management accounts to the founder and management team.
- You are compliance focused and see tasks through to completion. You will strive to make improvements to our current procedures.
- You work autonomously, ask the right questions and do not shy away from responsibility
- You can hold others to account and can give feedback.

(Preferable)
- Familiar with completing quarterly Vat returns and monthly payroll.
- Managed a team of at least 2.
- Recruitment and performance management experience.
- Experience managing the sales / marketing functions of a small business.

This is a full time position, working 5 eight-hour days per week (40 work hours per week).

Paid at £25,000-£30,000 per annum DOE + performance bonus.

Each full-time position gets at least 28 days annual leave, (incl. all bank holidays)
