This company is a leading personalised oncology biotech using cutting edge technology to accurately predict patient response to cancer treatment. They conduct drug-sensitivity testing on individual patients’ cancer as well as providing services to the Biopharma industry.

Responsibilities:
Providing a range of administrative and office management support for the CEO and team, you'll be:

- The first point of contact for the company, managing the post/office supplies
- Arranging meetings; organising refreshments and distributing agendas
- Providing Finance administration support including, invoicing and contacting debtors
- Providing HR administration support and processing Payroll
- Managing customer and supplier records and Management Accounting systems
- Maintaining digital documentation and managing shared access
- Receiving orders, raising purchase orders and arranging couriers

Skills:
- Proficient in MS office suite of programs, including onedrive
- Excellent verbal and written English skills,
- Ability to confidently communicate at all levels
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexible attitude and ability to work in teams
- Ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple and varied tasks
- A client-focused approach to work
- Work to tight deadlines and to value the importance of teamwork
- Generate innovative ideas and translate them into practical solutions

Education and Experience:
- Applicants must have previous experience working as an Office Manager, preferably gained in a start-up or SME environment
- A level or equivalent business administration qualification or relevant work experience
