This leading digital performance marketing agency is looking for someone to manage the Stafford office providing a high quality, safe and secure working environment and continually driving improvements in experience and culture for their teams and visitors. Working closely with internal and external service providers to ensure the provision of a safe and healthy environment that meets all corporate standards.

Role Responsibility

- Overseeing key admin and office support processes including business travel, client events planning and catering.
- Manages relationship and deliverables with landlord/building management to ensure high standards of premises at all times. This includes dealing with scheduled and urgent maintenance promptly through effective management of suppliers.
- Ownership and management of key site and facilities projects including refurbishments.
- Effective management and auditing of assets and Planned Preventative Maintenance and associated data and databases

Finance/Procurement:
To raise purchase orders, manage expenditure and agreed budgets in line with DAN procedures & KPI’s ensuring value for money and high levels of efficiency at all times
Manages all 3rd party suppliers for the Stafford office in alignment with DAN Procurement procedures, SLA’s and KPI’s ensuring high levels of service at all times. To include but not limited to, cleaning, M&E, Security.
Health, Safety and Environment:

- To manage the health and safety requirements of the DAN Stafford office in alignment with DAN H&S strategy, policy and procedures ensuring continual improvement at all times.
- To ensure DAN procedures in relation to Display Screen Equipment (DSE), Manual Handling and New and Expectant Mothers (NEM) are followed at all times.
Manage First Aiders and Fire Marshals information and training – the role is expected to be a first aider and fire warden.
- Management of COSHH data, review of risk assessments and data sheets annually or as and when there are any changes.
- Manage and schedule the H&S Fire Induction and chair the quarterly fire marshal meetings, Management of the Asbestos register.

Who are they looking for?

- Proven Office/facilities management experience delivering high quality customer service
- Demonstrable budget and financial management experience
- Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for working with people.
- Demonstrable experience in managing office H&S, IOSH qualified desirable
- Competent in the use of / ability to acquire knowledge and interpret Client IT systems and Asset management software
- Competent user of Microsoft Office software, including, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Skype for Business and Outlook.
- Excellent written communication skills, with well-structured reports, presentations and general correspondence
- Ability to operate as a key part of a national PFM function as well as part of a large global organisation
- Can develop strong relationships with service providers and seeks a concept of continuous improvement.
