Duties and responsibilities:

Office Facilities:
- The purchase and maintenance of all office equipment, ensuring all insurance and supplier contracts are renewed when necessary
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems and layouts
- Liaising with suppliers regarding booking meeting room facilities, renewals and other enquiries

IT & Telephony Support:
- Act as the liaison between the company and their IT & telephony support providers
- Ensuring all equipment and systems run efficiently

Basic IT support:
- Database Management
- Providing training on the database to others (full training provided)

Marketing:
- Responsible for ensuring their website stays up to date (advertising current vacancies)
- Manage content on Social Networking

Accounting/Credit Control:
- Create and send all client invoices and chase those outstanding
- Support book keeping when required

HR:
- Recruitment of Staff; including creating job
specifications, advertising, interviewing and assisting in selection process
- Oversee the arrival, induction and training of all new starters
- Manage all HR related operations including:
o Benefits for all employees
o Holiday and sickness records
o Ongoing training of staff on systems and arranging external training courses
o Arranging team building events
o Producing contracts and other HR & employee related documents
o Liaising with our external HR advisor

Ad Hoc Duties as Required:
- Provide PA support to the Director and consultants
- Creating statistical and review documents on consultant, company and revenue performance
- CV formatting
- Answer incoming calls and fulfill receptionist duties when required
- Support candidate resourcing activities
- Provide general ad hoc support to the business, as required

Requirements:
- Have experience of working in a similar position in a small office (10 or less people)
- Be a self-starter, very well organised and able to assist others with their organisation
- Ability to use initiative, able to work on their own but also in a team environment
- Proactive in approach, able to engage with team and contribute to a positive working environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and the Internet
- Experience in the Recruitment industry is an advantage, but not essential
- Capable of multitasking
