As their Office Manager you will be a key part of their small management team in an often fast paced production and customer satisfaction focussed environment.
The main responsibilities include:
- Sage 50 Accounts - Sales & Purchase Ledger
- Sage 50 Payroll
- Pensions
- On-Line Sales delivery bookings
- Debt/Late Payment collection
- Reception & Telephonist
Requirements
- AAT Level 2 as a minimum
- Experience in Sage Accounts & Payroll preferred
- Must be flexible and be able to prioritise workloads
- Proficient in Microsoft packages
- Accuracy and Attention to detail
- Good Communication skills, written & Verbal
