This is a CEDIA accredited company specialising in bespoke audio visual, home automation and entertainment solutions for prime and super prime residential properties in London. Clients include private individuals, building contractors, architects and designers.

Role Overview
This is an instrumental role that will include accounting, administration and HR reporting directly to the Director. They are looking for a highly organised, enthusiastic and effective individual, who holds keen attention to detail and has significant administrative and accounting experience. They are committed to employee development and will ensure that the successful candidate is supported for any additional training required for the role.

Role Requirements Include:

Accounting Responsibilities
- Management and ongoing maintenance of financial records
- Processing sales and purchase invoices, receipts and payments
- Reconciling accounts and preparing reconciliation reports
- Perform financial checks on project documentation

HR Responsibilities
- Responsible for all HR administration to include preparing change of contract terms, assisting with performance reviews and maintaining employee files
- Manage new starter and leaver processes
- Monitor and manage the holiday and sickness spreadsheet and being the point of contact for any queries
- Be the first point of contact for all company HR issues

Other Responsibilities
- Maintaining in-house and external communications i.e. social media, website
- Management of company assets, including company vehicles
- Responsible for compliance of office Health and Safety ensuring documents
are updated and completed when necessary.

Administration Responsibilities
- Management of all office resources
- Liaising with clients and suppliers on a daily basis
- Administration of client and supplier contracts
- Maintenance of established administrative processes and procedures
and process improvement
- Undertake any other duties that may be relevant to the role

Key Skills and Qualities
- Educated to Degree level/relevant experience
- Significant administration experience including accounts and HR
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to process information accurately
- Experience using accounting systems, especially Quickbooks
- Ability to work well under pressure, and juggle multiple processes
simultaneously
- High integrity, able to handle confidential information sensitively and with discretion
- Excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise workload and flex according to the demands of the business
- Clear and concise communication skills and ability to build positive and open working relationships across the team and the business
- Problem solving skills and the ability to suggest improvements
- Proficient using Microsoft office programs, especially Excel
