We are a small but leading business in our specialised field, and are looking for an Office Manager to be responsible for the smooth running of a small office and providing PA/secretarial support to the office team, where professionalism, initiative and strong office skills will be welcomed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Full range of office management duties, including supplier and IT management and travel bookings.
- PA/Secretarial support including working with Company Secretary on legal admin.
- HR administration

Person: This is an autonomous and varied role and requires someone who is flexible and comfortable being independent and making decisions. This position requires good interpersonal and presentation skills, and office management /PA experience. You also need to be self-directed and have organisational and problem-solving skills.

Skills and experience
- Strong experience of administration, PA/secretarial and office management responsibilities. - Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite of products particularly Word and Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- A positive disposition.
