Their mixture of modern manufacturing processes and bench joinery craftsmanship allows us to manufacture a full laminate joinery product range, at industry beating speeds, whilst complimenting this offering with bespoke joinery manufacturing of even the most intricate items.

They are looking for someone to join their dynamic office team and help them to support their ongoing development journey.

The ideal candidate will have experience of basic book keeping and reconciliations, they would also be highly motivated and organised to help deliver on a varied work load.

The preferable candidate would also have an interest in marketing, via social media maintenance for the business.

Key Tasks include:

- Basic book keeping for the business
- Procurement of goods for the factory
- Invoicing clients
- Working alongside the sales and design team on a number of projects
- Ensuring Operations manager is serviced with key information on a daily basis
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Attending meetings with senior management
- Use of Sage accounting system

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of the following:

- Great communication skills
- Diary management
- Scheduling
- General office duties
- Ability to multi task
