This company is a growing team of software developers and designers that specialise in building simple solutions to large and complex problems.

Based in Liverpool city centre, they design and develop web and mobile apps for clients within the UK, and their products and platforms are now in use by over 10,000 UK businesses. Now a team of 23 with an expectation of being 30 within the next three months, they are looking for a bright and enthusiastic candidate to help manage their growing office and team.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

- managing company finances (bookkeeping, payroll and pensions)
- purchasing of equipment and services from third-parties
- organising and arranging meetings with prospects and existing clients
- coordinating and booking transport and accommodation for the team
- helping to organise company events or conferences
- dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
- preparing letters, presentations and reports
- liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
- organising induction programmes for new members of the team
- ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
- using a range of software packages e.g. Pandle for finance and bookkeeping
- attending meetings with clients
- assisting the organisation's HR function by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews and so on

The office environment is relaxed, friendly, and creative. They are a team that socialises outside of the office and frequently hold team events and nights out. Their team is made up of a range of people from recent graduates to people with 20 years+ industry experience from all types of backgrounds.
