The Company is a successful and expanding London based practice of 18 staff, established in 2011 with the intent of producing commercially exceptional architecture with a diverse portfolio of built work. In addition, the company directors are principals in a series of significant property developments that will see the architectural practice continuing its expansion over the coming years.
THE ROLE
They are seeking a competent, confident, outgoing individual with strong communication skills to join the team.
Duties include (but are not limited to);
- Filing post and other paperwork
- Reception cover: answering calls in a professional manner and diverting sales calls away from busy architects
- Providing PA support to the Directors as and when required
- Diary and meeting room management
- Organising staff events
- Ordering office stationery supplies
- Booking taxis, couriers and make other travel arrangements
- Assisting the Office Manager as and when required. This may include, but is not limited to; credit control, assisting with billing, HR administration, updating records.
ABOUT YOU
You will have experience working in an office environment and you are bright and mature, have excellent organisational skills, a strong attention to detail, an ability to learn on the job and have a pro-active and positive disposition.

Full-time post (40 hours over 5 days, Mon – Fri)
