This is a fantastic opportunity to join this small E-commerce business based in Maidenhead, Berkshire. They are looking for an individual who is hard working and has a passion to succeed. You must also be proactive with strong IT skills and excellent attention to detail.

Acting as support in the office your role is broad and is comprised primarily of data administration and customer service. Along with the team you will support the day to day running of an fast growing e-commerce business gaining a wealth of knowledge within an ever-growing business sector. You will also be expected to support ad-hoc projects. We work in Multi channel market places including Ebay and Amazon.

Office experience is important but a superbly positive attitude and energetic approach to your work is paramount. As this is a small business we need someone prepared to muck in and get the job done.

You will be part of a fun and innovative team and these character traits are preferable.

Duties:

- Data input and analysis of various information
- Data optimisation to increase sales.
- Despatching of daily orders.
- Customer services including calls and email management.
- Stock taking and management.
- Undertaking any ad hoc duties as required

Personal Spec:

- Fast and accurate data input skills (essential)
- Experience in a similar admin role (desirable)
- Excellent IT skills - Word, and Excel in particular (essential)
- Excellent communication skills with both internal and external contacts
- Confident
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

Enthusiastic and sociable with a "can do" attitude - (essential)
