About the role
A Bath-based code training provider is looking for an admin superhero to help keep their office under control. They seek someone with great interpersonal skills and a passion for getting things organised. (Marie Kondo fans very welcome.)

Your role will be to handle the day to day running of the office. This will include answering email and phone enquiries, processing student applications, handling business processes, organising events ranging from professional networking to parties, as well as managing the general running of their building, a beautiful Georgian townhouse.

This is a new position at a growing company, and there’s plenty of opportunity to carve your own path. The company has a flat structure, with team members working together and supporting one another.

Key responsibilities:
- dealing with incoming calls and emails
- coordinating applications and processing new students
- meeting and greeting visitors
- organising and running events
- general office administration, including document management and dealing with post
- managing student and partner emails
- diary management, scheduling appointments and booked calls
- facilities assistance e.g. ensuring kitchen is kept well stocked and tidy
- ordering supplies and working to a budget

About you:
You’ll be looking for a role that you can make your own, with plenty of opportunity to gain new skills. You know your way around Google docs and Microsoft Office, and enjoy meeting new people and delivering great customer service.

You’ll have some experience in business admin and will be well organised, proactive, and able to multitask. You’ll be interested in finding ways to streamline processes. You’ll also have excellent interpersonal skills and a professional and friendly approach.
