Job Title: Office Coordinator - Part Time
Salary: Circa £16,000 pro rata with performance related bonus + free onsite parking
Hours: They are looking for someone to work approx. 20 hours per week
Location: Deeside, Nr Chester

A Value Added Reseller of Dassault Systèmes’ SolidWorks software products and services, our client has offices in North & South Wales and specialises in providing leading 3D Computer Aided Design (CAD) technology, offering customers complete 3D software tools that let them create, simulate, publish, and manage their data.

A reputable company, famed for their outstanding customer service and backed by the highly reputable, trusted SolidWorks brand has clients across much of England and Wales. Due to continued success and expansion, there is now a requirement for a Part Time Office Coordinator to join the head office team in Deeside.

You’ll have administrator and organiser skills, ready to make a real difference to current processes, and ready to be the driving force behind improving organisational efficiency!

The successful Office Coordinator’s tasks will include but will not be limited to the following:

- Sales ledger & sales order processing
- Annual customer subscription contract renewals
- Arranging training of customers
- Ensuring complete customer satisfaction and improvement of service levels
- Supporting and working closely with Field Sales and Technical staff members
- Sales CRM Database management and cleansing
- Assisting with e-mail marketing campaigns
- Dealing with suppliers
- General administration duties

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

- Outstanding customer service skills are essential.
- Keen eye for detail.
- IT literate with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Confident and highly professional phone manner.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- The ability to influence others through both self-confidence and thorough planning.
- Keen to establish and develop new relationships.
- Outgoing and energetic with a level headed temperament.
- Enjoy working as part of a busy team.
