This leading language training provider works with a large number of freelance language teachers to deliver their foreign language courses in the UK as well as courses for private and corporate clients worldwide.

As the Office Coordinator and Corporate Training Administrator, you will provide the administrative and operational support for the office and corporate training department. You will report directly to the Managing Director and the Head of Corporate Training. This is a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Keep employee handbook up to date, ensure all staff are familiar with company policies, create and implement polices as and when is required
- Order office stationery and other office supplies
- Organise office maintenance and repair work
- Supervise the implementation of new office systems
- Ensure health and safety regulations are met within the work place
- Help devise, develop and deliver internal training programmes
- Manage recruitment process of all staff and interns
- Post ads, review applications, arrange interviews, correspond with candidates
- Perform new staff inductions
- Maintain staff records, People HR – holidays, sickness, contacts, intern agreements
- Contact HR helpline with regards to any HR issues
- Confirm and send Corporate Training and TEFL invoices
- Manage the logistical and operational administration of corporate language training for both corporate clients and individuals
- Ensure clear and responsive communication between Sales, Operations and the client, and deliver a high level of customer service to the client.
- Ensure all client account information and data is kept up to date

Experience & Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree
- Office and administration experience
- Second language in addition to English advantageous
- Experience in customer service

Salary
- Dependent on experience, up to £24k
