A Multi Utility Office Co-Ordinator is required for busy multi utility installation company.

Reporting to Office Supervisor and Multi-Utility Manager.
Working as part of a busy team.

Duties to include, but not limited to:

- Services Planning.
- Compilation of Multi-Utility Workpacks for Gangs.
- Ensuring completion paperwork are sent to Utility Providers in a timely manner.
- Liaising with Construction Personnel and Site Managers.
- Allocation of materials from quotations to deliver to site.

Experience required

- Proven track record in a similar role
- Utility experience essential
- Must be compliant in all Microsoft Office Systems including Word & Excel.

Salary Negotiable depending on experience
40 hrs per week, Mon-Fri 8.00am -5.00pm
