This company is a market leader in providing cleaning services to the insurance sector and they are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to provide support to the Office Manager and other members of the team.

The Role:

They are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Customer Service Office Assistant to join their growing team. Working in a small office team, you will carry out a variety of administrative tasks.

These tasks will involve:

- Answering incoming calls, directing calls to the relevant person if necessary, or taking on the call if required.
- Responding to general enquiries via email.
- Organising customers’ files.
- General office filing.
- Making calls to customers providing updates, verbal quotations or booking in appointments when needed.
- Being mindful of the Technicians’ diaries to plan and book in appointments when necessary.
- Send details of jobs via email when required.
- Using Microsoft Outlook for all email based communications including sending customer’s quotations, providing updates etc.
- Using Microsoft Excel for basic spreadsheets.
- Using Microsoft Word for sending out letters, quotations etc.
- Arranging deliveries.
- Chasing debtors, late payments and collecting monies.

They are currently looking for candidates with:

- Experience of working in an office environment
- Excellent telephone manner and overall communication skills
- Tenacious and diligent, able to following a problem through to resolution
- Good organisational skills and must be able to work to deadlines
- Good computer skills including using Word, Outlook and Excel

**You must have at least one year of working in an office environment to be considered for this role.
