This company is a spin of an established architecture firm. They have launched their new luxury furniture brand in London in the beginning of 2017. Now they are looking for Office Administrator to join their friendly team and help with our growing business.

The role will require someone to be hands-on in all aspects of office administration and book-keeping. You will be responsible for supporting other members of the office team in the day to day running of the office, undertaking various administrative duties, as may be required for the effective and efficient operation of, and reporting on the service.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the team to ensure company runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Handling daily mail and calls.
- Acting as first point of contact for company’s documentation and keeping well-organised files and records of business activity.
- Maintaining the clients and contacts database up to date.
- Drafting documents, correspondence, presentations, Board papers for Executives.
- Organizing conference calls, meeting and events.
- Providing effective management of travel arrangements for the team.
- General book keeping, updating sales and purchases on an on-going basis, also VAT preparation and submission.
- Preparing, submitting, and following up on the payment of invoices.
- Preparing and submitting monthly expenses.
- Representing the company when needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will:
- Speak fluent Russian and perfect English.
- Have been educated to a good degree level.
- Have advanced level of IT literacy: knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Book keeping software, ability to touch type, experience of formatting documents.
- Have previous experience of providing administrative support to a senior level person (an advantage but not a requisite).
- Have an experience with light bookkeeping (i.e. reconciling credit card statements with receipts, bank accounts etc.)
- Have excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- Have accuracy, speed and thoroughness of work, attention to details.
- Have strong organizational, communication and social skills.
- Have responsible, service-minded, positive and team-oriented attitude.
- Have ability to work in a start-up environment, under tremendous amount of uncertainly and stress, being able to feel, appreciate and use the drive of the team.
- Have references from previous employers.
- Have a right to work in the UK without restrictions.
- Be driven and enthusiastic.
