Working as part of a team, the administrator will be responsible for helping with day to day running of the office . S/he will also work closely with the whole team across a number of projects, providing administrative support as required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain the day to day requirements for running the office;
- Be the point of contact for a range of suppliers including IT, Insurance, Products
- Diary management for the senior team;
- Adhoc administrative tasks as required by other team members;
- Manage stationery and office supplies, deliveries and deal with post;
- Keep office and kitchen tidy, with the wider team;
- Deal with enquiries via email and phone and welcome guests to the office;
- Prepare letters, project packs and reports;
- Assist with organising travel arrangements and logistics
- Suggest improvements to processes as appropriate.
