Based in our Head Office in Perry Barr (relocating to Aldridge in February 2018) and working closely with the Executive Assistant, we are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Administrator to provide full administration support to all departments. You will have excellent organisational skills and a ‘can do’ attitude. You will be enthusiastic and reliable and do the right thing for the right reasons.

Main Duties include:
- Managing the company fleet in line with the fleet management process, this includes booking in vehicles for service, MOT, repair work, organising RAM tracking installations and ensuring log spreadsheet is kept up to date.
- Booking hotels for all staff and updating procurement cost spreadsheets
- Being responsible for all building maintenance activities including recycling, waste collection, British Gas and TV Licenses)
- Producing tenders, final reports, programming, regrowth’s and H&S Packs
- Carrying out a monthly cheque run
- Assisting all departments as and when required
- Taking meeting minutes
- Meeting and greeting

- General receptionist duties.i.e. answering telephone calls

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years’ office administration experience, within a similar environment. Experience of the construction/environmental industry would be an advantage together with Reception and Building Management experience.
