They are looking for someone who possesses an exceptional personality and passion for personal development to join their small, friendly team and to assist and support their growing client portfolio. The job is varied and would suit a person who is very organised and can prioritise their workload.

Duties include:

General office administration and reception duties include but are not limited to the following;

- Organising and maintaining filing systems
- Answering the telephone
- Maintaining key business databases
- Keep operations areas clean and tidy
- Meeting and greeting clients and prospective clients
- Photocopying / scanning
- Checking stock and ordering supplies
- Handling incoming and outgoing post
- Picking up client information on occasion

Skills required:

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organisational skills
- A Full Driving Licence is required for this role due to location and as you could occasionally be required to visit client sites
