Job Title: Office Administrator
Salary: £19,000-£23,000 per year (DOE) + Team bonus
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Job type: Full time, Permanent
Location: Office based - Old Romney

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the admin team of the UK’s leading height, safety, rescue training company, based at their offices in Old Romney. They are specialists in their field, carrying out training services and providing products to world renowned organisations, worldwide.

As an Office Administrator, they are looking to speak with confident self-motivated individuals who are looking to join their team for a new and dynamic position incorporating many aspects of the business. The position will involve the active cross/up-sell of training courses, whilst identifying potential sales opportunities through inbound sales leads.

Key Duties:
- Customer Liaison
- Collating of training course paperwork and scheduling training dates
- Dealing with all aspects of course bookings
- Meeting and greeting customers when they arrive for registration
- Organising refreshments & Supplies
- Assisting the sales and operations teams
- Answering calls and emails

What they are looking for:
- Experience within an administration role
- Experience with sales and customer service is desirable
- Proactive, out-going, self-motivator
- Must be proficient with Microsoft office
- Positive, pro-active “can do” attitude and ability to cope under pressure
- Managing their day-to-day documentation/records & enquires i.e., telephone and web-based
- Excellent attention to detail & organisational skills
- Confident with social media and mass marketing software
