This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure in a company that has doubled its turnover in recent years. Due to continued expansion the Company are seeking an Office Administration Manager located from their Ellesmere Port site.

Working closely with General Manager and liaising with the site Accountant and site Managers, the successful candidate will be involved in the organising of the site KPI and OEE budgets, planning coordination and control of manufacturing processes and targets.

Main Duties as follows:

- Working with Operations team to Arrange, assign, adjust and monitor shifts to have apt coverage at all times in line with daily targets to be achieved.
- Working with Production manager on the deliverance o f OEE key performance indicators for Production team.
- Along with senior team Maintain manning compliance working to sites establishment, reporting absence % vs targets, return to work completion, and supporting (And challenging) managers on completion of all RTW within 24 hours of return.
- Supporting Operations and production plan on a daily basis, communicating the requirements for the day to all departmental supervisors.
- Design and plan capex projects supporting General Manager for implementation
- Be the sites super user for P.O on site, overseeing correct ordering and SOP is being followed by all key stakeholders
- Administration of setting up supplier accounts
- Support all manager’s budget spend – responsibilities and weekly / monthly spend.
- Manage the production assistant’s role and responsibilities

Essential Criteria:

- A minimum of 5 GCSE’s or equivalent including Maths & English Grade C or above
- Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Excellent organisational and follow-up skills; competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making
- Drivers Licence and access to own vehicle is essential due to location of site
